We are Inter - Youth S.C.
We are a home grown club with local and international roots, who believe that every child deserves to be given the opportunity to a quality learning experience.
Our mission statement is believing in Team, Victory, Honor. Where success is measured by effort, sacrifice and personal commitment by players, parents and coaches.
We hone raw talent to maturity with quality coaching, primal workouts and a true love of the sport.
We play with our hearts!
Our philosophy on the field is Catalan soccer; provided by certified and licensed coaching through the U.S. Soccer Federation & FCB Escola.

Eleazar "Al" Perez is the founder and current director/head coach of Inter - Youth S.C.
Establishing a competitive force in the Leyden Townships as both an academy and youth travel soccer team with boys & girls of ages 4 to 15 years old, since 2009. ​

His coaching career began in 2001 as a volunteer parent for his son's local recreational soccer program. Inspired by the sport he continued his coaching certifications (E certification) for U8-U12 and licensing (D License) for U13 to U18.
Growing his experience and education in the art of coaching he was one of the very first coaches to have a FCB Escola certification and trained under FCB Escola Coaches. He was selected by FCB Escola for a youth summer camp in 2013 - Schaumburg, IL.
